A Lego plaque with their name on the bricks.
A Lego kit that builds into a name plaque for their desk. Their first name runs across the bricks, with your logo and a QR code beside it, and a minifig in a cape stands at the end. We post one to the person you want to meet at each account on your list.

Nothing is a sticker. The name, the logo and the code are printed on the bricks, so the plaque looks made for them, because it was.
Why it works as a first touch
A box of chocolates gets eaten and a branded mug goes in the cupboard. A plaque with someone's name on it gets built, and then it stays out on their desk where they and everyone walking past can see it, with your logo beside their name.
Building it is time they spend with your brand, and the QR code is right there on the bricks. Scanning it opens a page written for their company, and the AE who owns the account is told the moment it's scanned.
It works best for a short list of named accounts where one meeting is worth far more than the gift: software, professional services, recruitment, logistics, anything with a long sales cycle and a high contract value.
