Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GTM Hero retains rights in the Services, methodology, software, and site content. Client-owned deliverables and custom assets are handled according to the relevant statement of work or contract.

5. No Warranty

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTM Hero disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
