Personalised gifts
Send them something with their name on it.
GTM Hero posts personalised gifts to the people your sales team wants to meet: Lego name plaques, afternoon teas, letters written with a real pen and gift boxes built around your brand. Each one carries a QR code that opens a page written for their company, and the AE who owns the account hears when it's delivered and when it's scanned.
From £25 a gift, all in. Works on its own: you don't need anything else from GTM Hero.

Who it's for
For B2B sales teams with a list of named accounts they can't get a reply from.
It's for you if
- Cold emails and LinkedIn messages to your best accounts go unanswered
- You have 20 to 500 accounts where one meeting would pay for the whole campaign
- Your SDRs need a reason to call that isn't "just following up"
What we send
- Lego name plaque
- A kit that builds into a desk plaque with their first name on the bricks, your logo, the QR and a caped minifig.
- Afternoon tea
- Scones, cream, jam, tea and biscuits, with a wooden board printed with their name and your QR.
- Handwritten letters
- The AE's words, written out on A5 card with a real pen, in one of ten handwriting styles.
- Gift boxes
- A rigid box filled from what your company stands for: local coffee, chocolate, an engraved board. Quoted by budget.

Delivered, scanned, read and passed on, by email and Slack.
What the AE sees
- When the box is delivered
- The first time the QR is scanned
- When the page is opened on another device, which usually means it's been passed to a colleague
- When someone clicks to book a meeting
- A weekday-morning digest of the accounts that moved
What it costs
From £25 a gift, all in
The gift, packaging, personalisation, the handwritten note, the QR, postage and the alerts. The platform is £50 a month for up to five users, with up to 500 account pages a month.
Where it fits
Personalised gifts works on its own. If you want more later, these pair well with it. Neither is required.
Common questions
How long does a gifting campaign take?
Pages are written in minutes. Gifts usually take two to three weeks from kickoff to doorstep, covering sourcing, personalisation and delivery.
Do I approve gifts before they're sent?
Yes. You approve the gifts, and the AE who owns each account reads and approves that account's page and card before anything ships.
What if I don't have postal addresses?
Send them if you have them. If not, we can research office addresses for a fee per contact.
Where do you deliver?
Within the UK.
How is this different from Sendoso or Reachdesk?
Sendoso and Reachdesk are platforms for sending gifts at volume, worldwide, on annual subscriptions that start in the tens of thousands. GTM Hero sends one personalised gift per named UK account, each with a page written for that company, from £50 a month plus the gifts.
Do I need other GTM Hero services to use personalised gifts?
No. Personalised gifts works on its own. Some teams add account pages or Deal Room later, but nothing else is required.
