Pricing questions
How much does GTM Hero cost?
The platform is £50 a month for up to five users, with up to 500 account pages a month. Gifts from £25 each, all in. Bigger boxes are quoted. With Deal Rooms it's £150 a month for up to five users, with unlimited Deal Rooms. Demo automation, fractional, strategy and training work is quoted.
What does "all in" cover on a gift?
The gift and its packaging, the personalisation and your branding, the handwritten note, the QR code, postage, and the delivery and scan alerts to the AE who owns the account.
Do account pages cost extra?
No. Up to 500 a month are included in the platform, including pages your sequencer or CRM creates through the API. Ask if you need more.
Can I have more than five users?
Yes. Ask us and we'll quote for your team.
How does this compare with Sendoso or Reachdesk?
Reachdesk's plans start at about $20,000 a year and third-party estimates put Sendoso's entry plans at $15,000 to $25,000 a year, before gifts. GTM Hero is £50 a month plus what you send, and every gift carries a page written for that account.
How does the Deal Room compare with deal room software?
Most deal room tools charge per seat, from free to about £125 a user a month, and often keep AI drafting for higher tiers. GTM Hero is £150 a month for five users with AI drafts in every room, and rooms can send printed packs and gifts.
