Deal Room
One room for the deal, and a parcel for everyone who signs.
A GTM Hero Deal Room is one branded page per deal that your AE sets up and shares with the buying group. It holds the mutual close plan, the business case, a champion deck, the demo and the documents, and shows your AE who has opened what. Because we post things too, each stakeholder can get a printed pack or a gift whose QR opens the same room.
£150 a month for five users. Works on its own: you don't need anything else from GTM Hero.

Who it's for
For AEs running deals where more than one person has to say yes.
It's for you if
- The champion can't explain the return to their CFO
- Legal and security turn up in week six
- Everything runs through one friendly contact
- "We'll circle back" with no date attached
- Nobody knows who has read the proposal
What's in every room
- Mutual close plan
- Every step to signature, each with an owner and a date, ticked off by either side. Slips are flagged to the AE.
- Business case
- Drafted by AI from your deal notes and calls, finished by your AE and corrected by the champion.
- Champion deck
- Seven slides drafted from the business case, for your champion to present when you're not in the room.
- Stakeholder map
- Who's involved, what they care about, where they stand, and who on your side owns them.
- Demo and documents
- The personalised demo, pricing, security documents and contracts in one place.
- Who's engaged
- Who opened what and for how long, who forwarded it, and who hasn't been in for a week.
Every person who signs gets something on their desk
The people who decide a deal are often the ones who never open your emails. Post them something, and its QR brings them into the same room as everyone else.

Every room starts from a template
They're free to read and print whether you use a Deal Room or not.
- Mutual close planThe AE writes the first draft. The champion edits it until it's theirs.
- Business caseYour SC or AE drafts it from discovery. The champion supplies the numbers and puts their name on it.
- Champion deckYou build it. The champion rewrites the words until it sounds like them.
- Stakeholder mapThe AE keeps it current. The SC and anyone else on the deal add what they learn.
- Executive summaryThe AE writes it from the business case. The champion checks it before it goes up.
- Security and procurement checklistYour security lead and AE own it. The buyer's procurement contact confirms what they need.

How it runs
Step 1
Open a room for the deal
From the account, in a couple of minutes. Your logo and theirs on the front.
Step 2
Let AI draft it
Close plan, business case, stakeholder map and champion deck, from your deal notes and calls.
Step 3
Finish it with the champion
Your AE edits the drafts until the numbers are the buyer's and the dates are real.
Step 4
Invite the buying group
Share one link, and post printed packs or gifts to the people who never open email.
Step 5
Watch who's engaged
Who opened what, who forwarded it, and which step on the plan is slipping.
What it costs
£150 a month for five users
Unlimited Deal Rooms, AI drafts of every document, all the templates and stakeholder tracking. Printed packs and gifts from £25 each.
Where it fits
Deal Room works on its own. If you want more later, these pair well with it. Neither is required.
Common questions
What is a deal room?
A deal room, also called a digital sales room, is a single web page per deal that the seller and buyer share. It replaces scattered email attachments with one place for the close plan, business case, demo, pricing and documents, and shows the seller who in the buying group is engaged.
Is a deal room the same as a mutual action plan?
A mutual action plan, or mutual close plan, is one part of a deal room: the dated list of steps to signature. The room also holds the business case, champion deck, demo and documents around it.
What does the physical part add?
Reach to the people who never open your emails. A printed business case on the CFO's desk, or a gift for the champion, carries a QR that opens the same room, and the scan tells your AE that person is now engaged.
Do buyers need an account to open the room?
No. They open a link. Sensitive documents such as security reports can sit behind a check of their work email.
Can we use our own templates?
Yes. Start from ours, or save your own close plan, business case and deck formats as templates for the whole team.
Who writes the documents?
AI drafts the close plan, business case, stakeholder map and champion deck from your deal notes and calls. Your AE finishes them, and the champion corrects the numbers, so nothing reaches the buyer unread.
How is this priced against other deal room software?
Most deal room tools charge per seat, from free to about £125 a user a month with most between £20 and £50, and often keep AI drafting for higher tiers. GTM Hero is £150 a month for five users with AI drafts in every room, and rooms can send printed packs and gifts, which software alone doesn't do.
Do I need other GTM Hero services to use Deal Room?
No. Deal Room works on its own. Some teams add personalised gifts or fractional solutions consultant later, but nothing else is required.
